What You’ll Do Create customized blonding services including highlights, balayage, lived-in blondes, and platinum transformations Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and create personalized plans Recommend treatments, maintenance schedules, and retail products to support long-term hair health Maintain detailed client records and formulas Stay current on the latest blonding techniques and trends Contribute to a positive, collaborative salon culture
What We’re Looking For Active cosmetology license 3+ years of behind-the-chair experience Strong portfolio showcasing blonding work Expertise in foiling, balayage, color correction, and toning Strong communication and consultation skills Passion for continued education and growth
