EXPERIENCED COSMETOLOGY INSTRUCTOR QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Michigan state cosmetology and instructor license
3+ years of experience in the cosmetology industry with proficiency in nail care, skin care, and hair cutting, color, and chemical services
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
Positive attitude, collaborative skills, and reliability
Consistency in adhering to company policies and procedures
WHAT TO EXPECT
You’re a mentor and inspiration for our beauty school students, delivering comprehensive education to influence the industry’s future. In this part-time role, you prepare your students for the state board exam and give them all the tools and tips they need to succeed in their future careers. Leading engaging classroom sessions and hands-on training, you educate students on exceptional hair, skin, and nail care.
Your positive attitude and proactive problem-solving skills motivate students, grow their enthusiasm, and build their confidence throughout the program.
