Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in cutting, coloring, balayage, blonding, hair extensions and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
Engage in thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services or products, effectively upselling where appropriate.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Assist with front desk duties when appropriate, including scheduling appointments using Phorest software, managing client records, and handling inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to promote salon services and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Skills
Licensed cosmelogist proficient in cutting and coloring techniques with a keen eye for detail.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Experience in hair extensions is highly desirable.
Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a positive client experience.
Familiarity with front desk operations and Phorest software is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for beauty trends and continuous learning within the industry is essential.

Pay: $24.00 – $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
