Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. At PUR Salon, we pride ourselves on being color experts with over 15 years of experience in the industry. AResponsibilities
Perform a variety of hair services, including but not limited to, cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty techniques.
Utilize Mangomint software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Skills
Proficient in hair styling techniques with a strong understanding of color theory.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and recommendations.
Ability to build strong relationships and upselling products effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
You will receive hourly pay up to 60 days until you are able to produce on your own. Our full time Master Stylist earn from 65,000 to over 100,000 a year.
