Moxie Salon and Beauty Bar is an emerging luxury full-service salon opening a new location in Brentwood, TN. We are seeking an experienced, passionate hair stylist to join our team! If you excel in cuts, color, highlights, and men’s cuts, we’d love to hear from you!
We offer an hourly salary plus tips (no commission) and ongoing education to help you grow in your craft.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide full-service hair treatments, including hair cuts, color, keratin, highlights, etc.
Consult with clients to recommend styles and color options, ensuring satisfaction..
Stay updated on hair trends, techniques, and products.
Maintain workstation cleanliness and adhere to salon hygiene standards.
Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional salon experience.
Upsell salon products and services.
Qualifications:
Valid cosmetology license and 5+ years of experience with a strong portfolio.
Expertise in diverse hair types.
Skills as a makeup artist are a plus.
Experience in curly cuts and lash extensions is a plus
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and goal-driven mindset.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
