Summary
We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our dedicated team at Belle La Vie Salon And Spa. Located in Lakeland, FL, you will play a key role in providing our clients with exceptional hair services while ensuring they feel valued and pampered during their visit.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
Utilize color theory to create customized hair color solutions for clients.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and tools according to state regulations.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and beauty services.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license in the state of Florida.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with strong skills in cutting and coloring.
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for client satisfaction.
Knowledge of hair extensions, threading, and other specialized techniques is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
