Job Summary:
Join our team as a skilled Cosmetologist to elevate the beauty of our clients. As a Cosmetologist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch cosmetology services, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering exceptional experiences at our salon.
Duties:
– Perform a variety of cosmetology services including hair styling, eyelash extensions, and color treatments
– Utilize expertise in barbering and straight razor techniques for precise grooming
– Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology and incorporate innovative techniques into services
– Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ needs and preferences
– Mentor junior cosmetologists to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field
– Implement upselling strategies to promote additional services and products
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools
– Utilize MINDBODY software for scheduling appointments and managing client information
Experience:
– Certification in Cosmetology or a related field is required
– Proficiency in a wide range of cosmetology services including hair styling, eyelash extensions, and color theory
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service
– Experience in mentoring or training other cosmetologists is advantageous
– Knowledge of MINDBODY software is a plus
