Current Openings:
Experienced Hair Stylists – Must have a minimum of 4 years behind the chair
Stylist Assistants – Ideal for newly licensed professionals who are motivated to grow. Advancement to a stylist position is based on your commitment to learning, practicing, and refining your skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service and professional hair services
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
Recommend and promote salon products and services to enhance the client experience
Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and positive salon environment
Be punctual for all shifts and stay on time with scheduled appointments
Conduct professional consultations, clearly communicating realistic goals and expectations to clients
What We’re Looking For:
Valid New Jersey Cosmetology License
Minimum 4 years of experience (for stylists)
Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement
Strong communication skills and passion for client care
Willingness to learn new techniques and stay current with industry trends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2,480.00 – $6,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 33 – 40 per week
