Responsibilities Include:
Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly smile and greeting
Providing a luxurious Wash House experience that pampers and relaxes every guest
Taking time with guests for thorough consultations to ensure their hair goals are met
Delivering amazing haircuts and colors using the latest products, tools, and techniques – without rushing!
Helping with essential “behind the scenes” tasks such as laundry, dishes, etc.
Providing exceptional customer service to all Journey guests
Qualifications Include:
A current Ohio cosmetology license
A passion to serve others
A positive attitude
Detail-oriented, organized, neat, and efficient
Exceptional people and communication skills
Ability to work well with a team
Proficient at multi-tasking
Excellent problem solver
Professional image and behavior
