What we’re looking for in a teammate:
-Minimum 3 years experience behind the chair as a licensed stylist
-Valid North Carolina cosmetology license
-Portfolio showcasing your work (e.g.- Instagram)
-Great attitude
-Works well with others

-Existing local clientele (preferred)

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences in hair styling.
Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, while adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
Collaborate with sales staff to promote salon services and products effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques, including hair extensions and color theory, to enhance service offerings.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
