The Lash Lounge The Colony – Castle Hills is looking for a highly motivated licensed cosmetologist or esthetician who is interested in joining our growing team. The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When our guests visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extension services and related treatments in line with standards.
- Provide high-quality guest care and service in a professional environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and tools.
- Collaborate with team and front desk for a seamless guest experience.
- Attend training and development sessions as required.
Qualifications
- Current license in Cosmetology or Esthetics.
- Experience as a lash technician is preferred but not required if training is provided.

Pay
Average pay: $35-45/hour including gratuity. Compensation: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour.
