VIMA SALON is on the lookout for a talented and passionate stylist to join our dynamic team! We’re looking for a versatile stylist with a strong background in hair styling and a solid understanding of various techniques. While experience with hair extensions, updos, and makeup is a plus, it’s not required. In this role, you’ll also have the opportunity to boost retail sales by recommending products that elevate the client experience. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional haircuts, color services, and styling
Offer personalized consultations to clients, ensuring their desired look is achieved.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry as well as our salon.
Build and maintain a loyal clientele through outstanding service and customer care.
Maintain a positive and professional salon environment.
Participate in advanced educational sessions offered by the salon.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a stylist, with a portfolio of work showcasing your skills (e.g., social media).
A clientele base you’re bringing with you, or a strong ability to build one.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to staying current with trends.
Licensed cosmetologist or stylist (REQUIRED).
Ability to post regularly on social media platforms.
BONUS: Expertise in updos and/or makeup, and hair extensions!
