**Job Title: Barber** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our clients. Your creativity and attention to detail will help clients achieve their desired look while ensuring a positive experience at our salon. **Responsibilities:** – Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and mustache grooming – Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and recommend suitable styles – Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner – Utilize salon software to schedule appointments, manage client information, and track inventory – Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in barbering techniques and styles – Maintain a clean and organized work station to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients – Uphold high standards of sanitation and hygiene practices in accordance with industry regulations **Experience:** – Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred – Proficiency in salon software is a plus – Knowledge of cosmetology principles and barbering techniques – Familiarity with makeup application, color theory, and retail math – Ability to sanitate tools and work area effectively – Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members If you are a talented Barber with a passion for grooming services and excellent customer service skills, we invite you to join our team.
