Reebok is accelerating its transformation across Europe and strengthening its logistics organisation to support this growth.
To support this momentum, we are looking for an External Supply Manager who will play a key role in managing Reebok’s external logistics partners and ensuring customer requirements are translated into operational excellence across the supply chain.
Working closely with Logistics, Procurement, Sales Operations and external service providers, you will become the key interface between customer expectations, operational execution and supplier performance.
This is a highly visible role where your ability to build strong partnerships, challenge existing ways of working and continuously improve operational performance will make a real impact.
Your responsibilities will focus on four key areas:
- Managing relationships with external suppliers and 3PL partners
- Coordinating Value Added Services (labelling, repacking, RFID, packaging and customer-specific requirements)
- Reviewing customer and supplier contracts to ensure operational feasibility and compliance
- Identifying improvement opportunities while supporting the sourcing and implementation of new logistics services
Beyond day-to-day supplier management, you will help ensure that operational requirements are consistently translated into scalable, efficient and customer-focused logistics solutions.
Your Profile
You already have experience working within the Footwear, Sporting Goods, Fashion or Apparel industry and understand the specific requirements of retail and wholesale logistics.
You have around 3 to 5 years of experience managing suppliers, contracts or third-party logistics providers in an international environment.
You enjoy working across multiple stakeholders, balancing operational execution with commercial and customer expectations.
You are proactive, pragmatic and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Excellent English communication skills are essential.
Location & Package
Based in Roermond, Netherlands
(approximately 45 minutes from Düsseldorf and 2 hours from Amsterdam)
Hybrid working: 1 day per week remote
Regular interaction with Reebok’s UK warehouse operations in Bristol and Manchester.
Travel approximately 20% of the time, with more frequent visits during the onboarding phase and occasional travel to other European locations.
12-month contract with the intention of moving into a permanent position following successful performance.
