Responsibilities:
Assist Director with daily emails and production/sourcing inquiries
Create and/or Update Excel charts by factory daily with revisions
Manage sample yardage fabric ordering for design team/pattern makers
Assist with Raw Material Creation
Daily follow-up with cross functional partners on open production issues
Receive/check-in and prep daily packages
Special projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree in fashion, product development, or similar field
1-2 years experience working in fabric, production, or similar role
Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Good time management with sense of urgency
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
Production background is a plus!
The salary for this full-time, permanent position is between $45,000-$50,000.
