Job Overview:
If you’re a licensed esthetician who wants to focus on skin health-not aggressive sales-this could be the right fit for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
- Perform thorough client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer care skills
- Passion for skincare and continued learning
- Experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply – training provided!
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
