We’re looking for a Facial Spa Boutique Manager to lead our team. If you have experience in the spa industry, understand facial treatments, enjoy delivering great client experiences, and can lead a team effectively, we’d love for you to apply.
** Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership
:
Lead, mentor, and motivate our team to create a positive
work environment

Client
Experience:
Ensure every client has a personalized and enjoyable spa visit.
Sales Targets
:
Help the team meet sales goals each month.
Service Excellence
:
Make sure our service quality remains high through regular training and evaluations.
Operational Oversight:
Manage day-to-day spa operations, including scheduling and inventory.
Product Knowledge
:
Stay updated on the latest skincare products and treatments.
Marketing and
Promotion
:
Work with the marketing team to attract new clients.
Financial Management:
Keep track of the spa’s budget and profitability.
Can work on Sunday as sales best on Sun.

Previous spa management experience, especially in facials and skincare.
