Your role @Chanel:
As a Fashion Advisor, you are the heartbeat of our Brand. You will leverage your warmth, authenticity and genuine spirit to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with your clients, fostering loyalty and connection whilst making it your mission to exceed your client’s expectations in a way that only CHANEL can.
What impact you can create at Chanel:
Optimize the client experience according to our Client Service Values; fulfil the clients’ needs through genuine, flexible, and tailor-made service
Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills to maximize all sales opportunities
Maintain an awareness of Company, Boutique and personal sales targets and performance, working towards all commercial objectives and goals
Assist with regular back of house operations and review alterations and holds as appropriate
Establish and maintain knowledge of current merchandising guidelines and always maintain set standards
Ensure highest standards in all aspect of the sales and after sales service, including a positive mindset, flexibility in understanding customer needs, accuracy in capturing data, and timely follow up
Uphold the image of the Brand Ambassador by conveying a professional and sophisticated image through impeccable personal grooming and etiquette

What you will bring to the role:
Luxury retail selling experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting
Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organization and follow-up skills (essential)
