Main responsibilities
Sample Fitting
Manage and conduct sample fittings of pre-production samples according to instructions from headquarters design team
Approve and Fit all pre-production samples and ensure they are fit for bulk production
Have the ability to perfect the fit of women’s apparel and correct any technical fit errors
Document all fit comments and ensure factories and pattern makers understand all fit, construction, workmanship and grading changes that are needed for samples
Sample Development Process follow up
Manage and solve all sample and style related issues from sampling to production and report to Manager and headquarters
Manage and follow up on the entire sample development process until bulk production
Follow up with manufacturer and ensure all timelines are followed through
Ensure all sample development request from our Design team in Singapore are communicated with and follow up with manufacturers
Manage cost for all styles according to requirements
Manage and ensure correct usage of materials and trims for all styles
Bulk Approvals
Approve all bulk fabric and trims quality and colour according to design team instructions
Liaise with manufacturers, manager and design team on all style related construction, fit, workmanship and grading changes that are need to ensure a smooth production process

根据设计团队的指示跟进订单打样，进度和交期
批准，管理及监控服装样品的生产过程，以确保符合批量生产的规格
确保样品及成衣品质，处理各类生产问题，及时纠正任何技术错误
记录综合各项要求/ 意见，并确保厂商了解样品所需的规格，结构和工艺
样品开发跟进
监管及解决从打样到生产的所有样品和款式相关问题，并向主管和总部汇报
监管及跟进整个样品开发过程直至批量生产，解决批量生产过程中的所有问题
与厂商密切联系，监控及跟进并确保生产遵循所有时间表
确保厂商清楚了解新加坡设计团队的所有样品开发请求
监控款式成本
监管并确保所有材料及辅料的正确使用
批量批准
监管确保并批准所有面料和辅料的使用符合规定质量和颜色
与厂商、主管和设计团队就所有商品相关的规格，结构和工艺进行联络，以确保生产过程顺利进行
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Design related Technical Studies or Diploma/Bachelor’s graduate
5 years or more relevant work experience in mass market womenswear brand, apparel factory or ODM houses
Understand sample development process, apparel material characteristics and apparel costing
Used to fast paced ways of working
Basic conversational English is a plus
