We are looking for a self motivated candidate who is looking to work with a growing company, has experience in fashion and who is experienced in retail and customer support for a luxury brand. Candidate must be familiar with operations of a fashion brand for e-commerce (retail a plus)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced front end Manager to join our team. The main role of this position will responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our retail store and customer service operations (mostly e-commerce).
This is a keyleadershiprole that requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
In addition to online customer support, retail customer support operations are also needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage all customer correspondence via email, social media outlets, live chat and phone
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency
Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Help with in store sales and POS system
Help in promoting our new store location to gain in store traffic
Help in maintaining retail store for supplies, merchandising and stock of products
Social media lay flats and content days with influencers
Helping our lead designer in any admin tasks
Open and close retail store
Keeping the front end area clean and organized
Experience:
Experience in amanagementrole, preferably in a luxury fashion e-commerce or retail environment
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiar with Shopify and Applications or have used a similar CRM system that you can easily adapt
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
Experience in fashion retail management or as an assistant manager
