The Role
We’re looking for an intern to become our right hand, supporting the team across marketing and operations while gaining hands-on experience within a growing fashion brand. This is an unpaid internship, offering the opportunity to work closely with the founders and gain exposure to the day-to-day building of a contemporary fashion label. The internship has a minimum duration of 6 months and may be extended for an additional 6 months.
What you will do
Marketing & Content
- Support the creation and schedule content for social media, newsletter and blog.
- Plan content calendar across social, blog, and newsletter.
- Help with product photography/videography (basic shoots, reels, stories).
- Copywriting (product descriptions, email subject lines, captions).
- Community management (replying to comments/DMs).
- Support influencer/micro-influencer outreach and coordination.
- Research trends and competitor activity.
Operations & Store
- Track orders and manage customer care/support.
- Help prepare and pack orders.
- Quality checks before shipping.
- Handle returns/exchanges.
- Update product listings (prices, descriptions, photos) on the site.
- Prepare and mainain store training documents.
Admin & Founder Support
- Support founders with day-to-day admin and ad hoc tasks.
- Organize internal documents/drive.
Analytics
- Track weekly social media performance.
- Basic sales/traffic reporting (Shopify, Instagram Insights, etc.)
- Support A/B testing on captions or email subject lines. Admin & Founder Support
What we are looking for
- Fashion is a passion for you.
- Based in Lisbon or willing to work remotely.
- The internship has a minimum duration of 6 months, with the possibility of being extended for an additional 6 months.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
- Interest in marketing, e-commerce, or startups.
- Fluent in English.
- Available to start mid September,
- Nice to have: graphic design (Canva), basic video editing.
