Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing, style-savvy Sales Associate with a passion for fashion and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate brings experience in luxury retail, thrives in a customer-first environment, and understands the value of building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to every client
· Build and maintain a loyal clientele through follow-up and relationship-building
· Maintain visual standards and ensure the boutique is always beautiful and organized
· Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
· Offer styling advice and confidently suggest complementary items
· Participate in events, trunk shows, and private shopping appointments
· Stay informed on fashion trends and new arrivals to communicate with clients
· Contribute positively to the boutique team culture
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience in retail sales (luxury or boutique experience strongly preferred)
· A genuine passion for fashion, style, and client service
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
· Strong communication skills and an engaging, polished demeanor
· Weekend and holiday availability required
· POS and inventory system experience a plus
