Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Associate role located in Miami Beach, FL. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing personalized shopping experiences, and driving sales both in-store and online. Other responsibilities include upselling, maintaining sales records, assisting with inventory management, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3years of experience in luxury retail sales, customer service or hospitality is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Strong sales skills and experience exceeding sales targets
A fashion enthusiast with knowledge of women’s luxury fashion and trends
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Experience with POS and CRM systems
High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proven ability to work as part of a team and to collaborate effectively
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent presentation, attire and manners
Punctual and reliable
