Job Responsibilities
Customer Experience Delivery and Customer Experience Management.
To ensure all customers are greeted and warm welcome extended.
Interacting with Customers with a Proactive approach.
High on Styling quotient- should be able to help customers with Styling solutions.
Revenue generation
Achieve sales targets with Focus on all KPI’s.
Reach out to customers to be in Touch.
Strong Follow up skills and able to generate sales Transactions.
Store Operations and Merchandise Management
Participate and contribute to Store processes and Visual Merchandising.
Learn the Operational procedures for the store.
Manage merchandise recovery, replenishments.
