Responsibilities
- Greet customers virtually and provide personalized styling consultations to meet their fashion needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding and interest.
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
- Promote upselling opportunities by recommending complementary products and accessories to maximize sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally via phone etiquette and in person, fostering a welcoming shopping environment.Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales with strong proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations.
- Supervising experience is preferred to assist in team coordination and store operations.
- Ability to conduct product demos confidently to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively.
- Excellent communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette to engage customers over the phone or in person.
- Skilled in upselling techniques to enhance sales performance while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Experience with stocking, merchandising, and inventory management within retail or grocery store environments.
- Strong basic math skills for retail math calculations, cash handling, and balancing cash drawers accurately.
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures, retail sales transactions, and cash drawer handling ensures smooth checkout processes.

Pay: $49,314.55 – $53,909.44 per year
