Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-orientedArabic SpeakingFashion Coordinator to join our concept store team. This role involves managing relationships with multiple brands, overseeing stock levels, and ensuring the smooth fulfillment of all client orders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Coordination:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partnered brands.
• Collaborate with brands to ensure timely delivery of products and updates on new collections.
• Provide feedback to brands based on client preferences and sales trends.
2. Stock Management:
• Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring the availability of high-demand items.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate restocking as needed.
• Identify slow-moving products and propose strategies to improve sales.
3. Client Order Oversight:
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of client orders, from placement to delivery.
• Communicate with clients regarding order updates, customization options, and special requests.
• Resolve any client issues related to orders, ensuring satisfaction.
4. Operational Support:
• Assist in organizing and setting up in-store displays to align with seasonal trends.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote featured brands and products.
• Maintain organized records of vendor agreements, stock reports, and order logs.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in retail, fashion coordination, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and a passion for the industry.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and basic MS Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a concept store or multi-brand environment.
• Familiarity with local and regional designers.
