About the Role

The Fashion Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Berlin Metropolitan Area. This role oversees the coordination of looks for clients, photo shoots, runway preparations, and events, ensuring that all garments and accessories are styled and presented in line with the brand’s slow fashion ethos. Daily responsibilities include supporting fittings, organizing wardrobes and samples, liaising with photographers and stylists, and maintaining detailed records of pieces and their usage. The Fashion Coordinator will provide fashion consulting and client-facing support in the studio, including customer service, sales assistance, and guidance on garment care and styling. Collaboration with the founder and studio team is essential to maintain visual coherence across collections, press materials, and digital content.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to support clients, collaborators, and studio team members.
  • Experience in Sales and fashion retail or showroom environments, with the ability to guide purchasing decisions and manage client relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with Photo Shoots, including preparation of looks, on-set coordination, and collaboration with photographers and stylists.
  • Background in Fashion Consulting, styling, or wardrobe coordination, ideally with luxury or slow fashion brands.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in handling couture and hand-crafted garments.
  • Understanding of contemporary fashion and interest in sustainability, craftsmanship, and slow fashion principles.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in the Berlin Metropolitan Area; German and English language skills are beneficial.
  • Relevant education or training in fashion, styling, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
