We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Elyria, OH!
We are currently looking for a Fashion Coordinator!
Job responsibilities include:
Working with Merchandise Manager or General Manager to create plans for effective use of the sales floor to generate sales in their respective department
Merchandising racks for ease of shopping for the customers
Coordinating with evening sales floor team to communicate expectations for the evening.
Keeping and maintaining standards in their respective departments
Viewing sales reports on a regular basis to determine underperforming areas of their department, and creating plans to help maximize sales efficiency.
Job Requirements Include:
Open availability, including weekends
Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
Self starter
Strong communication skills
Previous experience in retail merchandising is a plus!
