Fashion Designer
We are looking for a creative and motivated Fashion Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design perspective, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a fast-paced creative environment.
The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, understands current culture and trends, and can contribute original ideas while collaborating closely with the team throughout the design and development process.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing original apparel concepts and collections
- Research trends, fabrics, silhouettes, and creative references
- Create sketches, mockups, and design presentations
- Support sample development and fittings
- Collaborate with production and creative teams to execute designs accurately
- Help organize design files, samples, and development materials
- Participate in creative discussions and contribute fresh ideas
Qualifications
- Background in fashion design or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of garment construction and fit
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong eye for detail, styling, and overall aesthetic
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Understanding of garment construction
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment finishing
- Understanding of contemporary fashion and streetwear culture
- Experience working with samples or production teams is a plus
