We work with pure fabrics — silk, linen, poplin, karandi, and organza — designing for women who value enduring style over seasonal trends. As we prepare for launch, we are looking for a designer who shares this vision.
The Role
You will work closely with the founder throughout the design process from concept development and fabric selection to construction detailing and final sampling. This role requires precision, creativity, and a strong understanding of garment construction.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop seasonal collections aligned with the brand’s capsule wardrobe philosophy
– Source and evaluate fabrics with attention to drape, texture, and quality
– Create detailed technical packs and garment specifications
– Collaborate with tailors and production teams during sample development
– Contribute to the creative direction while maintaining the brand aesthetic
Requirements
– 3+ years of experience in women’s wear or contemporary fashion
– Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and pattern development
– Excellent eye for silhouette, proportion, and detailing
– Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools
– Ability to communicate effectively with local manufacturers and production teams
