Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Designer based in Warsaw. The Fashion Designer will conceptualize and create innovative designs, focusing on apparel and accessory development. Responsibilities include sketching design concepts, selecting textiles, incorporating embroidery, coordinating fittings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring collections to life. The designer will ensure the brand’s vision and values are consistently represented in every creation.
Qualifications
- Skills in Fashion Design and Fitting, with a focus on creating original and cohesive collections
- Proficiency in Textiles and Embroidery to inform material selection and detailing
- Strong artistic vision and expertise in current fashion trends, styles, and design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams
- Proven experience in the fashion industry is preferred
- Relevant degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field
- Proficiency in design software and tools is highly desirable
