SOURCING & MARKET RESEARCH
• Collaborates in the day to day with Brazil Team in Renner Brazil Headquarter guaranteeing flow of Communication and Constant alignment about fabrics and pickings to source, driving the project in full autonomy.
• Suppliers Show Room visits based on Planned Opportunities and Special Projects direction.
• Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers ensuring all compliance aspects, promoting clear communication and reliable adherence to timelines and workflow and passing them feedbacks.
• On demand, Conduct Trend analysis and Market research, gather Suppliers Information to bring product opportunities aligned with requests of Brazil team and global trends opportunities and ensure designs are both commercially viable and innovative.
DEVELOPMENT
• Collection Development accordingly to the Workflow and Request from Brazil Team: Lead the creation and execution with Fast Mindset of special and capsule collections, aligned with global fashion trends and Renner Business needs, taking proactive steps and initiative to keep progress moving forward and drive results.
• Guarantee flow of communication with Brazil to secure the product development and approvals in Asia are following the needs of collection accordingly to leadtimes and workflow.
• Kpi’s Data track and creation.
APPROVALS
•Follows all approval process with excellence accordingly with deadline and FAST mindset.
• Approve with excellence lab dips, strike off, trims, PPS accordingly with the deadline in a FAST mindset.
• Sample Review & Fittings: Conduct sample fittings accordingly to deadline in a FAST Mindset and provides detailed technical/visual comments recorded on Centric System accordingly to the deadlines.
• Collaborate with Suppliers to troubleshoot any quality or design issues during pre-production stage, ensuring final approvals meet Company, Brand and Lifestyle requirements.
• Production Monitoring: Align with Merchandisers to ensure smooth approval process during production acting in critical way and with sense of urgency.
• Create and Provide Technical Record on Centric System to ensure clear design and technical requirements to Suppliers.
