s looking for a passionate Fashion Designer to work closely with the Founder and lead the entire sampling and product development process.
Key Resp
o
nsibilities:• Develop
collections based on the founder’s vision and brand ideology.• Trend r
esearch, concept development, and apparel design.• Create
tech packs, specification sheets, and sampling documentation.• Manage
end-to-end sampling and coordinate with sample masters, tailors, embroiderers, and pattern makers.• Source
fabrics, trims, embroideries, and accessories.• Oversee
embroidery, surface techniques, fabric manipulation, and garment execution.• Ensure
premium garment construction and couture-level finishing, especially in denim and complementary fabrics.• Drive f
it, quality, detailing, and sample approvals before production.
