Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our creative team. You will play a key role in transforming design concepts into final garments by developing sketches, tech packs, and coordinating closely with our production unit. This is a hands-on role that bridges creativity and execution—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and believes in teamwork, quality, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing seasonal collections from concept to final garment
Create detailed fashion sketches and CADs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Translate design ideas into tech packs with clear specifications for the production team
Collaborate with the founder and senior designer to finalize fabrics, trims, and silhouettes
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely execution and impeccable finish
Conduct quality checks during sampling and production to uphold Warra’s standards
Ensure seamless communication between design and production teams
Maintain a positive and harmonious workplace culture through respectful and proactive communication
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a similar fashion design role
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
A degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred
Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and surface detailing
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
A team player with a proactive and collaborative attitude
