Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our team. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and stylish designs for our clothing line. You will work closely with our product management team to bring your designs to life and ensure they meet our brand standards. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of our fashion brand. Responsibilities: – Develop and create original fashion designs that align with our brand aesthetic – Collaborate with the product management team to understand design requirements and target audience – Conduct research on current fashion trends, fabrics, and colors – Create sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes using CAD software or by hand – Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and accessories for each design – Oversee garment construction process, including fitting sessions and quality control – Collaborate with graphic designers to create print designs or patterns – Present design concepts and ideas to the team for feedback and approval – Stay updated on industry trends and attend fashion shows or events for inspiration Requirements: – Proven experience as a Fashion Designer or similar role – Strong knowledge of fashion styling, garment construction, and color theory – Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Adobe Illustrator) – Familiarity with CAD software is a plus – Excellent sketching and drawing skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines – Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively – Excellent communication and collaboration skills We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
