Overview
Fashion Designer Jobs in Remote at Project Zero
Job: Senior Fashion Designer – Luxury Streetwear
Location: Remote (Preferred: New York or Los Angeles)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
About Us
We’re building more than a clothing brand—we’re building a world.
Every collection tells a story. Every garment should feel like it belongs in a film, a gallery, or on the streets of Tokyo, New York, or Paris. We focus on premium craftsmanship, timeless silhouettes, and emotionally-driven design rather than following trends.
Our goal isn’t to release hundreds of products.
It’s to create pieces people remember.
The Role
We’re looking for a highly creative Fashion Designer to become one of the earliest members of our brand.
You’ll work directly with the founder to transform ideas, themes, moods, and stories into complete collections.
You should understand modern luxury streetwear and know how to balance creativity with commercial appeal.
This role is for someone who obsesses over details.
Every seam.
Every wash.
Every fabric.
Every zipper.
Every stitch should have a reason for existing.
What You’ll Do
- Design complete seasonal collections from concept through production.
- Research global fashion trends while creating original work—not copying existing brands.
- Develop mood boards, color palettes, themes, and creative direction.
- Design premium outerwear, denim, knitwear, hoodies, pants, shirts, and accessories.
- Create realistic garment mockups and presentation boards.
- Work with our Technical Designer to develop production-ready tech packs.
- Source fabrics, trims, hardware, washes, embroidery techniques, and finishes.
- Communicate directly with overseas manufacturers during sampling.
- Review samples and provide detailed revisions until every piece meets our standards.
- Help build a cohesive visual identity across every product.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, lookbooks, styling, and future collections.
We’re Looking For Someone Who…
- Has experience designing premium streetwear or luxury fashion.
- Understands garment construction and manufacturing.
- Knows fabrics, weights, finishes, and quality standards.
- Can create original concepts instead of recreating existing garments.
- Has exceptional taste and understands proportions and silhouettes.
- Can communicate ideas visually through sketches, renders, and presentations.
- Pays obsessive attention to details.
- Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Wants to help build an iconic brand from the ground up.
(We’re inspired by craftsmanship, storytelling, and quality—not looking to imitate any specific brand.)
