Fashion Designer
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team. This role will work closely with the sales and production teams to develop on-trend styles for multiple accounts while maintaining strong organization and communication throughout the development process.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by following up on samples, buyer meetings, and development timelines
- Prepare and send sample packages to clients
- Conduct fit sessions and manage fit comments, measurements, and spec updates
- Create sketches by hand and/or using design software
- Continuously research fashion trends, fabrics, and market direction
- Design across multiple aesthetics to support various customer accounts
- Communicate closely with sales and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time deliveries
- Assist with organization of samples, trims, and workspace
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of fashion design experience
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabrics
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly efficient, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Strong communication skills with the ability to delegate tasks when needed
- Bilingual preferred (Korean/English)
Compensation
- Pay range: $65,000 – $85,000 annual salary (depending on experience and qualifications)
