Full Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and talented Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a keen eye for design. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating original designs and collaborating with the team to bring innovative concepts to life.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and create new clothing designs that align with current fashion trends
– Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas and concepts
– Utilize software such as Adobe Illustrator and CAD to create technical sketches
– Oversee the entire design process from concept to production
– Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences and trends
– Work closely with manufacturers to ensure designs are accurately produced
– Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs
Experience:
– 5+ years of proven experience in fashion design, preferably in garment construction and fashion styling
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
– Strong understanding of fashion retail and the ability to create designs that sell
– Knowledge of theater or costume design is a plus
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
