🔍 About the Role
Our client is expanding their HK- USA – Europe design footprint and seeking a high-energy, Fashion Designer specialize in product development to work closely with their fast fashion clients in Korea.
This role combines creative design, client collaboration, and commercial strategy, making it ideal for someone with strong fast fashion intuition and confidence in representing a major manufacturer to global brands.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Research and collect fashion trends.
- Sampling and garment sourcing from multiple retailers and market.
- Participate in buyer meetings & support design communication with HQ and Europe.
- Work with multi-region product development teams to turn concepts into production-ready pieces.
🛠️ What We’re Looking For
Hard Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Product Development
- Fluent in English (written and speaking), Chinese is a plus.
- Solid understanding of garment construction and fabric behavior.
- Experience working with garment suppliers is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Proactive, independent, and reliable with strong work ethics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across cultures.
- Strong commercial mindset—designing what sells, not just what looks good.
- Creative, agile, and comfortable with fast-paced fashion cycles.
