The Role: We’re seeking a Fashion Digital Marketing Manager who will drive both marketing strategy and sales execution. You’ll lead social media marketing, creating strategies to boost our brand presence, while actively engaging with influencers and running outreach. As we scale, you’ll also manage a growing team of marketing specialists.
You’ll also oversee PPC ad campaigns across Meta, Tiktok and google platforms, ensuring performance-driven results. Additionally, you’ll navigate paid advertising on third-party platforms like Target, Kohls, Nordstrom, and Macy’s. Key Responsibilities:
–Lead and execute digital marketing strategies across social media and paid channels
–Develop and manage social media strategy with a strong focus on growth and engagement
–Conduct daily influencer outreach and manage brand collaborations
–Plan and Manage PPC campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Tiktok and retail platforms (Nordstrom, Macy’s, Target, Kohls)
–Own performance metrics including revenue, traffic, CAC, ROAS, and ROI
–Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for efficiency and scale
–Build and manage a team of marketing and PPC specialists as the business grows
–Stay ahead of fashion marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging digital strategies
Qualifications:
–3+ years experience in:
* Social media marketing and strategy development
* PPC advertising (Meta, Tiktok)
* Influencer partnerships and outreach
* Team leadership
–Strong understanding of fashion e-commerce and digital customer behavior
–Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (CAC, ROAS, ROI)
–Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
–Flexibility and adaptability to evolving technologies (we embrace AI tools!)

Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
