Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and advertising data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports using Excel and marketplace analytics tools.
- Support weekly and monthly business reviews by providing actionable insights.
- Track the impact of pricing, promotions, and inventory availability on business performance.
- Assist in forecasting, data validation, and ad-hoc business analysis projects.
Category Management Support
- Assist in monitoring category performance across brands, products, and marketplaces.
- Track assortment, pricing, competitor activities, and product visibility within assigned categories.
- Support catalog hygiene initiatives, including product content audits and listing quality improvements.
- Analyze category-level sales trends and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, promotional events, and category expansion initiatives.
Reporting & Process Excellence
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of marketplace and business data.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives where applicable.
- Maintain documentation of key learnings, best practices, and marketplace insights.
