We’re currently in our early growth phase and are looking for a Fashion E-commerce Manager who’s ready to grow with us, wear multiple hats, and help shape the future of our brand.

Your Role:

As our Fashion E-commerce Manager, you will take on a central role in developing and running the day-to-day operations of our online store. From startup development to order tracking and supplier coordination, you’ll be involved in nearly every stage of the customer and product journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Startup Development Support:

Work closely with the founder on building processes, scaling operations, and implementing platform features

Support website improvements and functionality (Shopify experience a plus)

Order & Return Management:

Monitor and track all customer orders from processing to delivery

Handle return requests and ensure timely resolution

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve issues

Supplier Communication:

Maintain regular contact with suppliers regarding stock, orders, and delivery timelines

Manage and update product data and pricing

Request new stocklists and ensure accuracy before uploads

Inventory & Product Management:

Help manage product uploads and categorization

Ensure inventory is accurate and up to date across platforms

Reporting & Coordination:

Create and maintain operational reports using Google Sheets

Track KPIs related to orders, returns, and supplier performance

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or fashion logistics

Familiarity with Shopify (or willingness to learn fast)

Strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, filtering, lookups)

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative

Comfort working in a startup environment – flexible, fast-paced, hands-on
