We are seeking a talented and versatile Fashion, Hair, and Makeup Artist to join our team. This role requires a passion for creativity, a keen eye for detail, and expertise in various beauty techniques, including wig and weave installations and makeup application for diverse skin tones. You will work directly with owner.
Responsibilities:
1. Hair Services:
– Perform wig installations, weave installations, styling, and maintenance for owner.
– Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
– Consult with owner to understand their hair preferences and provide recommendations.
– Create customized hair looks tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Makeup Services:
– Provide professional makeup services for clients with a focus on dark skin tones.
– Conduct makeup consultations to determine clients’ desired looks and preferences.
– Apply makeup for various occasions including events, photoshoots, and fashion shows.
– Stay informed about current makeup trends, products, and techniques.
3. Portfolio Submission:
– Submit your portfolio upon application to demonstrate your skills and expertise.
4. Travel:
– Must be willing to travel to accommodate client needs, including on-location services for events, photoshoots, and fashion shows.
Key Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Fashion, Hair, and Makeup Artist with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in wig and weave installations and makeup application for dark skin tones.
– Extensive knowledge and expertise in hair styling, including wig and weave installations, braiding, and hair maintenance techniques.
– Willingness to travel to accommodate client needs, including on-location services for events, photoshoots, and fashion shows.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and build lasting relationships.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure flawless execution of hair and makeup services.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.60 – $24.80 per hour
