We are seeking a Fashion Jewelry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in providing exceptional customer service with a keen eye for details.
Responsibilities
– Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
-Sales goal focused, performance driven, team minded
– Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
– Communicate effectively with customers and team members
– Maintain stock levels and organize merchandise displays
– Demonstrate phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone inquiries
-Build and maintain active clientele lists
Qualifications
– High energy with great enthusiasm demonstrated while sharing and showing product.
– Willingness to learn and be coached in behavior performance
– Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
– Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 – $20.00 per hour
