DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to optimize product assortment and pricing strategies.
Develop and manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans to ensure efficient inventory control and maximize sales opportunities.
Monitor P&L performance, assess profitability, and develop strategies to improve margins and overall financial health.
Collaborate with marketing teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin optimization.
Oversee the development, sourcing, and execution of own-brand product lines to align with business strategies and market demand.
Work closely with designers, suppliers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and product quality.
Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely execution and performance evaluation.
Lead and execute key merchandising projects, ensuring timely completion and successful implementation.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
Oversee end-to-end project management, from planning and budgeting to execution and post-project evaluation.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
More than 10 years of experience in merchandising, sales analysis, and inventory management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
Strong analytical and financial skills, with expertise in sales analysis, OTB planning, and P&L management.
Experience in own-brand product management, including development and execution.
Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and merchandising software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Experience in Fashion Own Brand products will be an added advantage.
