Overview
A growing luxury-focused company is seeking a recent fashion graduate for an entry-level, full-time opportunity in Scottsdale. This rotational role offers exposure to multiple areas of the business, including account support, administrative coordination, data entry, and design-related projects. The ideal candidate is polished, ambitious, organized, and eager to build a long-term career in fashion.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple business functions through a rotational entry-level development role.
- Assist with account management and client support activities.
- Handle data entry, tracking, reporting, and general administrative tasks.
- Help coordinate operational workflows, including order and product-related support.
- Contribute to design and presentation projects using Adobe tools and emerging AI-supported workflows.
- Partner with internal teams across locations to support day-to-day business needs.
- Provide flexible support across departments as priorities shift.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a degree in fashion design, fashion merchandising, fashion business, or a related fashion-focused discipline.
- Strong interest in building a career in fashion, luxury, or hospitality-related apparel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of ambition, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, numbers, and operational information.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and Adobe Suite.
- Familiarity with AI design tools, or openness to learning them.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
