We are currently seeking a Fashion Merchandiser to strategically manage product lifecycles, ensuring accurate planning, quality, and product availability to support sales and operational efficiency.
Job Descriptions:
Optimize product planning strategies to enhance inventory management effectiveness and maximize sales
Manage and execute production processes according to established plans to ensure timeliness, specifications, and production costs
Oversee product lifecycles, product lines, and product categorization to maintain catalog appeal and sales effectiveness
Conduct product research and follow industry trends, particularly in children’s Muslim fashion, to develop market-relevant products that maintain brand competitiveness
Recommend competitive and industry-relevant product pricing to inform the commercial department’s pricing decisions across all distribution channels
Ensure product information accuracy to improve sales conversion rates and reduce order errors
Monitor online stock integration with warehouse systems to prevent overselling and order rejections
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Fashion Merchandising, Textiles, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in online merchandising/PPIC, preferably in the online fashion industry
Understanding of fundamental merchandising principles and product management
Proficiency in production cycles and fashion product supply chain management
Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior
Knowledge of children’s and Muslim fashion trends, including design aspects, color trends, and consumer behavior
Capacity to work with production timelines, manage vendors, and implement quality control
Advanced skills in spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and product management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, or basic ERP systems)
Understanding of pricing fundamentals and competitor benchmarking in similar industries
Familiarity with online sales systems and stock integration (e-commerce, marketplaces, and warehouse systems)
