We are seeking a dynamic and creative Fashion Merchandiser to join our team at BeA Brand. As a Fashion Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in curating and managing the product assortment for our platform, ensuring that it aligns with our brand vision and resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities
Curate and manage the product assortment for BeA Brand’s platform, including sourcing, selection, and presentation of fashion products.
Collaborate with fashion brands and influencers to understand their product offerings and brand identity, and curate collections that reflect their unique style and aesthetic.
Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product assortment optimization and expansion.
Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, product metrics, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization of the product assortment.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fashion merchandising to drive innovation and differentiation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in fashion merchandising, product assortment management, or related roles within the fashion industry.
Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with merchandising tools and platforms is a plus.
