JOB DESCRIPTION :
· Manage thestock allocation & replenishmentfor all stores across all channels(offline & online)
· Identify thebestsellers and slow moversand taking appropriate actions likeconsolidation& re-distributionso as to meet business objectives
· Overseeing the buying process, forecasting profit, inventory demands, and trends, and negotiating with suppliers
· Monitorstock healthlike stock cover, size availability, ageing at SKU level and create alert mechanisms
· Design & implementpromo &markdown strategypost analyzing the sell-through, stock covers, ageing, product classification and business needs forboth offline & online channels
· Setbenchmark pricingfor each SKU once new season merchandise is launched
· Visit storeson regular basis to make sure the best store stock health
· Co-ordinate with internal teamslike Marketing, Operations, Warehouse to ensure smooth conduct of business
· Liaise with shippingto ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries of merchandise from the principal
· Conductmarket surveysto identify latest trends and completion mapping
REQUIREMENT :
· At least 3 years related working experience in fabrics Merchandiser Garment industry (Fabric sourcing and purchasing)
· Good technical knowledge of fabrics
· Good personality, honest, independent, and able to work as a team.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Drive, PowerPoint, and Excel.
