should have a good understanding of high fashion garments and technical knowledge to understand the Tech pack and comments from buyers.
must have good agent and vendors for sourcing of material in china, Korea, India Etc.
Good understanding of Embroidery and surface Development.
Responsible for timely development of PP Samples and TOP.
Assisting in Season/Production planning – Managing entire production supply chain right from ordering and planning trims to fabrics and other production related materials
Giving guideline to Qc for quality standards.
Developing new vendor/factory for Different Technique, Process and Raw Material.
Developing new trim suppliers.
Tracking and Updating all sampling & production status.
Should be a smart communicator to take out work from fabricators & Built strong vendor network to meet customer expectation.
Should be able to do complete costing of Final product.
