Bobbles & Lace is an elevated women’s boutique known for personalized, head-to-toe styling and a highly curated in-store experience. We’re looking for a dynamic, fashion-forward team member who can seamlessly blend styling, operations, merchandising, and event execution while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Role Overview
This multifaceted position is ideal for someone who thrives both on the sales floor and behind the scenes—balancing client styling, operational excellence, merchandising, and memorable in-store events.
Key Responsibilities
Styling & Sales
Provide personalized, head-to-toe styling for clients
Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business
Meet and exceed sales goals through exceptional service and product knowledge
Merchandising & Marketing
Maintain a visually compelling, on-brand sales floor
Assist with new arrivals, floor sets, and merchandising updates
Represent the brand through social media and client outreach
Support inventory management, restocking, and stockroom organization
Operations & Organization
Assist with daily store operations and maintain a polished environment
Handle cashwrap responsibilities with efficiency and attention to detail
Events & Community Engagement
Assist in planning and executing in-store events and activations
Coordinate event logistics, partnerships, and client communication
Help drive store traffic through community involvement and relationship-building
What We’re Looking For
Passion for fashion, styling, and creating confidence in others
Background in fashion merchandising, marketing, or event planning (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Experience in retail, client service, or events
Availability to work every other weekend
