Full Job Description
A-List Models and Talent, a faith-based (diverse and inclusive), fashion and entertainment agency brand, is seeking a model and talent agency manager for their fashion,modeling, talent, content creation, and booking divisions. There is an opportunity for growth within the A-List Brand. Excellent income potential!
We are looking for someone who is career oriented, have an entrepreneurial mind-set, work well independently and as a team, and wants to grow with us as a company. Must have excellent communication skills, knowledge of the model and talent industry, client acquisition skills, event/show experience, and a strong closer.
Position is available immediately.
Compensation and Schedule
This position is primarily based off percentage of revenue plus per project pay. Excellent pay structure.
Responsibilities and Duties
Position duties:
Scheduling appointments and interviewing potential clients. Scouting for new talent.
Scheduling and implementing promotional events. Examples: Fashion shows, events, and trade shows, working with boutiques.
Creative Planning Strategy and Implementation
Client Acquisition
Presenter for AMT Reviews, fashion shows, or events.
Light office duties/organization
Booker for fashion shows, T.V. and film, and brand deals
Communicating with boutiques, designers, fashion brands, and events to set up collaborations
Working with different pageants with agency collaborations
Collaborate with other businesses for AMT Reviews brand deals
Qualifications and Skills
Position requirements:
Proven sales ability and results
Connections in the fashion industry
Some marketing and event coordination experience
Fashion, modeling, scouting or agency experience
Public Speaking and presenting skills
Must have flexibility to work days, nights and weekends. This is not a 9 to 5 position.
Social media skills
Experience in client acquisition
Independent worker with strong work ethic and positive attitude. Must have initiative.
Reliable transportation- Must be able to work in Raleigh, NC … possibility of travelling to other states
Friendly, outgoing, honest, professional, high-energy, team player and dependable

Pay: $3,000.00 – $8,000.00 per month
